Refund policy
At A1 FASHION, each piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns/refund. We encourage our customers to review our size guide and product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction. If you have any concerns or questions about a product, our customer service team is always here to assist you. Exchanges are available for incorrect sizes, subject to suit size availability. Otherwise, customers may choose an alternative design.
Damages and issues
In the rare case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their order for a different product or request a refund. Please note that this is only applicable if you let customer service know within 12 hours of receiving the product. The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for both outbound and return shipments.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
