Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We offer two shipping options within Australia: Express delivery, which delivers available designs within 1-3 working days, and Standard delivery, which takes 4-7 days for available designs. For pre-order designs, please note that delivery may take up to 2-5 week. Delivery times listed above are estimations. A1 FASHION  is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. A1 FASHION can not guarantee a delivery date. We are not responsible for any package that comes back as undeliverable. If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered by the carrier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then you must file a complaint with your local carrier. A1 FASHION is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part. 

Important Notice: Sometimes, due to customs and other unforeseen issues, parcels may experience delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. A1 FASHION is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus the shipping charges and any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier. Please note not all countries require custom charges.
